Supplementary Data: Raw Biomarker and Clinical Measurements for "From Compartmentalized Oxidative Stress to Clinical Prediction: A Machine Learning Model for PPROM Using Paired Serum and Amniotic Fluid Biomerkers

This dataset contains the raw data underlying the prospective cohort study "From Compartmentalized Oxidative Stress to Clinical Prediction: A Machine Learning Model for PPROM Using Paired Serum and Amniotic Fluid Biomarkers". The data includes paired maternal serum and amniotic fluid measurements of Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC), aling with key clinical parameters, from 135 pregnant women (105 with PPROM and 30 controls). TAC was determined via a modified corcin-bleaching assay. The dataset supports the study's findings on compartmentalized oxidative dysregulation in Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes (PPROM) and the development an an age-stratified machine learning predictive model. Data are anonymized and structured in two tables (control and PPROM groups), suitable for validation, reanalysis and meta research in perinatal medicine. Files included: Supplementary materials Oxidative stress PPROM.docx (containing Tables S1 and S2) This dataset supplements the manuscript submitted to Biomedicines MDPI. The article DOI will be updated upon acceptance.
