This study aimed to identify the degree of application of e-management by Arab school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to administrative excellence from the teachers' perspective. The study adopted a descriptive correlational survey design and was applied to a simple random sample of (387) male and female teachers working in Arab schools within the Green Line.A questionnaire consisting of two dimensions was used: the application of e-management (e-planning, e-coordination, and e-follow-up) and the level of administrative excellence (leadership, professional ethics, and relationship with the local community). The instrument demonstrated acceptable levels of validity and reliability. The findings revealed that the degree of e-management application by school principals was high, and that the level of their administrative excellence was also high. The results further indicated a statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of e-management application, in all its dimensions, and the level of administrative excellence in its dimensions, indicating that higher levels of e-management utilization contribute to enhancing administrative excellence in Arab schools within the Green Line. The study recommends continuing to strengthen technological infrastructure in schools and intensifying training programs to develop the digital and leadership competencies of school principals and teachers.
