Voronin Universality of Automorphic L-Functions in the Critical Strip as a Spectral-Analytic Mechanism for the Regularization of Stochastic Vacuum Energy Anomalies
Mathematical Applications of Science Fiction We present a rigorous derivation of a spectral regularization mechanism for stochastic vacuum energydivergences in Quantum Field Theory (QFT) by invoking the Voronin Universality Theorem appliedto automorphic L-functions associated with cuspidal representations of GLn(AQ). We demonstratethat the dense trajectory of the L-function values within the critical strip 1/2 < σ < 1 provides anatural, non-perturbative renormalization group flow that maps the divergent vacuum expectationvalues (VEV) to a compact moduli space of finite energy configurations. By constructing a probabilitymeasure on the space of holomorphic functions, we prove that for any smooth approximation of thevacuum Hamiltonian density, there exists a corresponding automorphic form whose L-function mimicsthe energy spectrum with arbitrary precision. This establishes a duality between the arithmetic chaosof the Riemann-Zeta landscape and the stochastic fluctuations of the quantum vacuum, offering asolution to the cosmological constant problem via number-theoretic universality.
