This study aimed to investigate the role of technology in improving interaction management between students and teachers in distance learning environments, specifically within the scientific text memorization circles at the Prophet's Mosque. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical method via a questionnaire administered to a random sample of ( 230) teachers and students, alongside an applied approach by designing the "Tafa3ul Smart Interaction Manager" system. The results indicated that technology plays a "very significant" role in interaction management (mean 4.26).The main challenges identified were technical infrastructure and a lack of diverse interactive tools.Based on these findings, the study proposed the "Tafa3ul" system, based on ODK, as an innovative solution to measure performance indicators (satisfaction, participation, task clarity, connection quality) and convert them into quantitative data for decision-making.The study recommends adopting smart analysis systems and training teachers on asynchronous interaction strategies to enhance digital Islamic education sustainability.
