Aperiodic intermittent containment consensus control for uncertain multi‐agent systems based on disturbance observer and input saturation
Abstract This study examines the aperiodic intermittent containment control for uncertain linear multi‐agent systems with input saturation and unknown disturbances. First, a distributed control scheme is designed using a disturbance observer to cope with unknown external disturbances. Second, a consensus algorithm based on low‐gain feedback is developed to address the input saturation. Combining the designed disturbance observer and low‐gain feedback algorithm, a distributed aperiodic intermittent containment control protocol is proposed. Subsequently, sufficient conditions for the aperiodic intermittent containment consensus of an uncertain multi‐agent system with input saturation are obtained by Lyapunov stability theory and related linear inequalities. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by numerical simulations.
