Landauer–Petkes Law: A Field-Based Limit of Quantized Computation and Dissipative Closure
This publication introduces the Landauer–Petkes Law, a new theoretical principle defining the field-based lower bound of energy dissipation in computation. The work generalizes Landauer’s classical limit by incorporating coherent field dynamics, quantized energy-information exchange, and time-dependent phase modulation via the π(t) operator. Built upon the CNBIT-v3 invariant and validated through simulated ψ_closure and τ_corr metrics, this law unifies entropy curvature, dissipative closure, and ontological coherence in information theory. The publication includes analytic foundations, field equations, and external validation from recent experimental and arXiv sources (2023–2025). DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18090514
