This study examined the role of transformational leadership in enhancing human resource performance through the mediating effect of electronic management systems. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool.Data were obtained from a sample of 183 employees working in commercial banks in Khartoum State. The findings revealed a statistically significant relationship between electronic management systems and human resource performance, with software and human resources-as key dimensions of electronic management systemsshowing a significant effect, while hardware, equipment, and communication networks did not exhibit a statistically significant impact. The results also indicated a statistically significant relationship between transformational leadership and human resource performance.Idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration demonstrated significant effects, whereas intellectual stimulation did not show a statistically significant effect.Furthermore, the study confirmed that transformational leadership, through its various dimensions, has a significant indirect effect on human resource performance via electronic management systems as a mediating variable.Based on these findings, the study recommends investing in the development of banking software and enhancing the training of human resources to ensure effective utilization, in addition to improving the readiness of hardware and communication networks to increase performance efficiency. It also emphasizes strengthening transformational leadership practices that motivate and encourage employees, enhance communication, and promote individualized recognition, as well as developing targeted training programs to build transformational leadership capabilities, with a particular focus on integrating electronic management systems into the work environment to support human resource performance.
