P-adic Galois Cohomology of the Scrambling Operator: An Arithmetic Resolution to the Information Loss Anomaly via Perfectoid Tilting Equivalence

Mathematical Applications of Science Fiction We present a rigorous arithmetic geometrization of quantum chaotic scrambling in the proximity ofextremal black hole horizons. By lifting the Hilbert space of the boundary conformal field theory toa non-archimedean Banach space over Cp, we identify the scrambling operator ˆS with a non-trivial1-cocycle in the continuous Galois cohomology group H1(GK , GL(Hp)). We demonstrate that theInformation Loss Anomaly is an artifact of archimedean valuation, resolvable via Scholze’s PerfectoidTilting Equivalence. We construct a "Tilted Scrambler" ˆS♭ in characteristic p, proving that theunitary evolution is preserved in the tilt. The central result establishes an isomorphism betweenthe scrambling rates (Lyapunov exponents) and the ramification filtration of the local Galois group, effectively mapping the chaotic dynamics of the event horizon to the crystalline cohomology of thesingularity. We conclude that information is not lost, but rather encoded in the Fontaine period ringBdR, accessible only via p-adic analytic continuation.
