Project Management Practices and implementation of shared Core Banking System in Ethiopia A Case of Selected Member Microfinance Institutions of Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions (AEMFI)

This study aimed at examining project management practices and the implementation of core banking system project in selected Microfinance institutions in Ethiopia under the Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institution. Specifically, it investigates three key project management practices: assess effect of stakeholder management, evaluate effect of monitoring and evaluation, and examine the effect of risk management on the implementation of the core banking system project.
