Endosonoscopic dopplerography in the treatment of ulcerative gastrointestinal bleeding
The review presents literature data about the modern possibilities of using endosonoscopic Dopplerography in the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative gastroduodenal bleeding. The results of studies on the comparative assessment of the clinical effectiveness of endoscopic hemostasis in ulcerative bleeding under the control of endosonoscopic Dopplerography are presented. The presented materials indicate that the use of endosonoscopic Dopplerography in the treatment of ulcerative bleeding ensures a decrease in recurrent bleeding, mortality and the need for surgical interventions.
