Integrating Health Indicators into Production Planning via Prescriptive Maintenance
This paper presents an integrated approach combining prescriptive maintenance with adaptive production planning, leveraging Digital Twin technology to optimize asset management. By adjusting production schedules based on real-time health monitoring, the proposed method aims to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity. The integration of predictive models with optimization techniques allows for more informed decision-making, ensuring that maintenance interventions are timely and cost-effective while minimizing the risk of system failure. This approach offers significant potential for industrial settings, where both operational efficiency and equipment longevity are critical.
