Factors Associated with Low-Dose Tamoxifen Use among Women with Atypical Hyperplasia or Lobular or Ductal Carcinoma In Situ
This study provides evidence of increased use of low-dose tamoxifen in a prevention setting, particularly among younger women and those with less advanced breast lesions. Further research is needed to understand how to incorporate low-dose tamoxifen into patient-provider discussions to improve chemoprevention decision-making.
