A systematic literature review and meta-analysis on the efficacy and safety of PD-(L)1 inhibitors for the first- and second-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in Asian and non-Asian patients

These data support the global use of PD-(L)1 inhibitors for Asian and non-Asian patients with 1L or 2L/2L+ locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. However, it was not possible to assess outcomes in all subgroups due to lack of data (e.g., wider PD-L1 subgroups, genetic profiles), warranting further studies by ethnicity.

However, it was not possible to assess outcomes in all subgroups due to lack of data (e.g., wider PD-L1 subgroups, genetic profiles), warranting further studies by ethnicity.
