Plethystic Enumeration of Xeno-Nucleic Architectures: Structural Invariants and Cycle Index Asymptotics in the Category of Weighted Combinatorial Species
Mathematical Applications of Science Fiction We present a rigorous categorical framework for theenumeration of Xeno-Nucleic Acid (XNA) architectures, extending the classical theory of combinatorial speciesto the weighted domain. By modeling XNA backbonesand nucleobase functionalizations as weighted speciesB and N respectively, we derive the cycle index seriesfor the composite species X = B ◦ N via plethysticsubstitution. We introduce the concept of structuralinvariants derived from the spectral decomposition ofthe adjacency operators associated with these species. The core contribution of this work is the derivationof the asymptotic growth rates of stable XNA config-urations under thermodynamic constraints. Utilizingsingularity analysis of the associated Dirichlet gener-ating functions and a saddle-point approximation onthe cycle index polynomial ZX , we prove a universal-ity class for the entropic density of XNA polymers. We conclude with physical speculations regarding theinformation-theoretic limits of non-standard biologicalsubstrates in high-energy environments.
