Stable PbI 2 -terminated (001) facets drive low-defect anisotropy for high-performance charge transport in MAPbI 3 single crystals

Our study demonstrates improved Hall mobility in the PbI 2 -terminated MAPbI 3 -(001) facet compared to its MAI-terminated (100) counterpart, establishing crystallographic facet engineering as a cornerstone for high-performance optoelectronics.
