It is with immense pleasure that we celebrate the fifth volume of the Pan Arab Journal of Neurosurgery (PAJN) since its successful relaunch in January 2021. Reaching this milestone is a testament to the vibrant contributions of our global neurosurgical community. We are thrilled to present our 2025 volume, which features a diverse and compelling collection of research from authors in the Republic of Guinea, Egypt, India, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Niger. This year, we were particularly encouraged by a significant increase in submissions, allowing us to curate a selection of truly exceptional articles for publication. At its core, scientific discovery holds the power to transform our understanding of the world. The field of neurosurgery has undergone remarkable advancements over the past two decades, fundamentally reshaping the treatment of complex conditions. The Pan Arab Journal of Neurosurgery is dedicated to being at the forefront of this progress. Our journal encompasses a broad spectrum of neurosurgical disciplines, including: Basic Sciences, oncology, vascular, endovascular, skull base surgery, spinal conditions, trauma, pediatric, functional, epilepsy, peripheral nerve surgery, endoscopy, and pain management. We believe the potential for innovation across these specialties is boundless.
