Identification of Risk Factors for Poor Prognosis and Analysis of Their Correlation with Ulcer Severity in Diabetic Foot Patients Undergoing Digital Subtraction Angiography-Guided Intervention
A plethora of risk factors, including PCT, Gal-3, Hsa_circ_0057362, IL-6 and CRP, influence poor prognosis in diabetic foot patients undergoing DSA-guided intervention. These biomarkers demonstrate significant correlations with ulcer severity and hold substantial clinical utility in the predicting postoperative outcomes. Early identification of patients at risk for poor prognosis enables the implementation of targeted interventions, thereby effectively improving patient outcomes.
