<sup>18</sup>F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters (especially MTV) combined with CA724 significantly improve the accuracy of preoperative LNM prediction in EC, helping clinicians optimize surgical scope and adjuvant therapy, thereby improving patient prognosis.
