PREDICT A NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE OF THE DNA BY USING EMPIRICAL FORMULA FUNCTION
DNA sequencing has revolutionized genetic analysis, offering a range of methods from Sanger sequencing to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). A persistent challenge, however, is their high cost and substantial reagent requirements. Given that DNA is composed of carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P), an alternative approach could involve first determining the precise percentage of each element, for instance using X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy. From this compositional data, an empirical formula could be derived.
