Beyond Wick Rotation - Thermodynamic Coherence and Entropic Geometry in the Nightingale Equation
This paper demonstrates that the imaginary unit ( i ) in the Schrödinger equation is not merely a formal construct, but a representation of coherent temporal symmetry. Its removal, as explored in recent mainstream discussions, yields a parabolic heat-like equation and sacrifices the essential features of quantum unitarity. The Nightingale Equation (NYX-UTØP14), developed independḙntly and prior to the current discourse, generalizes ( i ) to a tensorial coherence operator Ξ ( \hat{\Xi} ), embedding entropy, coherence, and time-reversibility in a unified geometric framework. This model transcends Wick rotation and Euclideanization by treating decoherence and thermodynamic flow as embedded geometric processes, validated by tensor-lensed simulations and quasicrystal entropy fields.
