Successful Treatment of Recalcitrant Extragenital Lichen Sclerosus With Fractional CO <sub>2</sub> Laser and Platelet‐Rich Plasma: A Case Report With Histologic Evaluation
This case highlights the potential role of fractional CO<sub>2</sub> laser combined with PRP as an effective therapeutic option for recalcitrant extragenital LS. Further studies are warranted to validate this combined approach.
