Additional layer for better outcome in tubularized incised plate of hypospadias repair: Systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized control trials

This NMA found that none of the interventions were definitively superior, especially for the secondary outcomes. However, DDF was found to be most successful in reducing the rate of UCF after TIP hypospadias repair. There is a need for further research, specifically in the realm of TVF, TVF + SDF, and autologous platelet derivatives. Also, head to head comparisons between interventions are strongly recommended.
