The Rodoman Transport Framework
This work presents a non-classical, medium-based transport framework for interpreting cosmological observations. Redshift and spectral properties are treated as cumulative effects of signal transport through a structured medium, without assuming expanding space, metric gravity, global cosmological time, or evolutionary history. All quantities are defined operationally within the framework. Transport accumulation parameters should not be interpreted as ages of the Universe or of radiation, but as measures of observable transport persistence supported by the medium. The framework is self-contained and intended for foundational and interpretational analysis rather than predictive cosmology.
