Cosmological Implications of Recursive Instability Collapse (RIC)
Building upon the Recursive Instability Collapse (RIC) framework for open quantum systems, we extend the theory to cosmological scales. We propose the "Lazy Universe" Hypothesis, positing that gravity acts as an entropy minimization mechanism to reduce the computational cost of spatial coordinates. We derive a mass-dependent vacuum pressure constant, the RIC-Limit (Kvac), which replaces the need for Dark Matter. Numerical N-Body simulations (N = 75k − 100k) demonstrate that this limit predicts galactic morphologies with high precision. Specifically, we reproduce the flat rotation curves of spiral galaxies (Vera Rubin) and, for the first time, offer a generative mechanism for ring galaxies (Hoag’s Object) as a phase transition caused by vacuum pressure overload. This is Part II of the RIC Framework. Part I can be found here: [10.5281/zenodo.18002411]
