NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF THE STATE AND THE INDIVIDUAL: CONTRADICTORY INTERCONNECTION AND INTERDEPENDENCE
The article examines the needs and interests of the state and the individual in their interrelation and interdependence. It is noted that the political and legal interests of the individual are related in a complex configuration. At the same time, it is emphasized that the individual realizes their interests through a system of emerging relationships (both legal and non-legal), and at this level, they are not interested in either law in general or the legal sphere as a manifestation of spirituality, as this is truly pure selfishness.
