Consequences of violation of the limits of freedom of contract
This study analyzes in detail important aspects related to the consequences of going beyond the boundaries of what is permissible in the context of freedom to conclude contracts. The focus is on both the theoretical foundations and the practical consequences resulting from such violations. In addition to the main analysis, the study covers a number of general theoretical issues that arise in the field of discussions on the topic of interest, enriching the discussion with new views and suggestions. At the beginning of the analysis, the author raises the question of the limits of the autonomy of the will of the parties when concluding contracts, emphasizing not only the legal but also the ethical aspects of this issue. This allows the reader to understand more deeply how and why restrictions on freedom of contract arise.
