A 12-Week Independent Study on the Effects of Clear Flux on Blood Pressure and Cholesterol

This paper presents an independent evaluation of Clear Flux supplementation and its association with blood pressure and lipid profile changes over a 12-week intervention period. The investigation was conducted using a self-controlled human study design involving adults with prehypertension and borderline dyslipidemia, focusing on clinically relevant cardiometabolic markers including systolic and diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. Secondary safety outcomes included fasting glucose and liver enzyme measurements.Physiological measurements were obtained using standardized clinical procedures at baseline and post-intervention, allowing for within-subject comparison across the study duration. Statistical analyses were performed using paired comparisons to assess changes over time, with results interpreted conservatively in light of the study’s design and sample size. Observed outcomes indicated modest but statistically significant reductions in systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol, while changes in HDL cholesterol and triglycerides did not reach statistical significance. The findings are discussed in the context of existing literature on nutritional interventions targeting cardiometabolic risk factors, with attention to potential mechanisms involving micronutrient and botanical constituents. Limitations related to study design, duration, and absence of a placebo control are transparently addressed. Overall, this Clear Flux review contributes preliminary human data to the ongoing scientific discussion surrounding dietary supplements and cardiometabolic health, while emphasizing the need for larger, randomized, placebo-controlled trials to establish causality and clinical relevance.
