Quantum Crypt: Encryption and Decryption System for Secure Transmission of Images and Files
In today's digital world, keeping sensitive multimedia content safe while it's being sent over the internet is more important than ever. This is because there are more cyber threats than ever before, and the usual methods of keeping data secure are becoming weaker. The project titled "Quantum Crypt: Encryption and Decryption System for Secure Transmission of Images and Files" creates a combined security system that uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) to protect digital files. It also takes ideas from quantum-safe methods to make the system stronger. This system helps keep images and files private, makes sure they aren’t changed during transfer, and ensures they can be trusted when they arrive. Even though the current system uses classical AES encryption for practical use, it's built in a way that can later include post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) tools like Kyber and Dilithium, which are designed to protect against attacks that use quantum computers. By focusing on the special challenges of multimedia content and offering a system that can grow with future needs, this framework helps ensure secure communication now and in the future.
