Mass, Charge, and Fine-Structure Constant: Electron Deterministic Model
This paper presents a deterministic mechanical model of the electron as a self-localized electromagnetic soliton. We propose that inertial mass is a kinematic consequence of a wave-impulse’s transition from linear translation to a closed-loop trajectory. This localization forces the emergence of a stationary geometric center, which serves as the physical center of the system's inertia (rest mass). Furthermore, the electric field is derived as a dynamic phase-oscillation shroud characterized by a 3D Archimedean spiral geometry. In this framework, Coulomb’s Law is revealed as the macroscopic result of the spherical divergence of this spiral shroud, while the elementary charge is identified as the product of a 137-fold reduction (slippage) of the internal wave-intensity. The fine-structure constant () is determined to be the scale-invariant synchronization factor between the rotating soliton core and its Archimedean phase-shroud under the light-speed constraint . This model provides a purely kinematic explanation for charge quantization and polarity (chirality), demonstrating strict numerical agreement with CODATA 2025 values.
