The Effect of the Anteroposterior Position of Miniscrew Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion on the Expansion Outcomes in Mature Patients
Anteroposterior MARPE position significantly impacts skeletal expansion results. Positioning near or posterior to the centre of the maxilla point enhances parallel skeletal expansion and minimizes undesirable dental effects. This reference point can serve as a practical reference to optimize MARPE placement for mature patients.
