The article deals with the issue of objects of administrative and legal coercion in the control and supervisory activities of internal affairs bodies, taking into account the methodological features of the theory of postrony systems. Special attention is paid to the fundamental difference between the subject and the object of administrative and legal coercion and the relationship with control and supervisory activities.
