Informational Time in Deep Space: A Torsional TOMA Extension of Relativistic Clock Tests
This preprint presents the first observational evidence that operational time in deep space navigation does not follow the physical proper-time drift predicted by General and Special Relativity. Using real Voyager trajectories and timing models, we show that the relativistic clock advancement of several seconds accumulated over 48 years is fully suppressed by DSN synchronization, revealing a collapse of physical time into an Earth-anchored informational time. We introduce the TOMA torsional-informational correction and provide the first experimental upper bound on its coupling parameter.
