Linear Perturbations of the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology and the Origin of the Cosmic Microwave Background Angular Power Spectrum
This work derives and implements the linear perturbation sector of the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology (STFO), treating time as a dynamical scalar field. The temporal perturbations are shown to source metric fluctuations and reproduce the observed cosmic microwave background angular power spectrum while allowing a high late-time expansion rate. Numerical integration yields a high-precision fit to Planck 2018 data at H0=73.2H_0 = 73.2H0=73.2 km/s/Mpc, providing a first-principles resolution of the Hubble tension.
