MIND Diet Intervention and Longitudinal Changes in Plasma Amyloid‐Beta 42/40 Ratio Levels in Older Adults
This study showed that dietary intervention influences longitudinal changes in plasma Abeta 42/40 levels. Compared to the MIND diet group, individuals in the control group showed a modest decline in plasma Abeta 42/40 levels, suggesting that the MIND diet intervention may reduce Alzheimer's disease pathology in the brain and, potentially, the risk of ADRD.
