Preregistration: A Prospective Test of Time-Scalar Field Theory Using GNSS Clock Residuals

This document preregisters a prospective, falsifiable test of Time-Scalar Field Theory (TSFT) using publicly available GNSS satellite clock products. TSFT predicts that, after standard GNSS relativistic modeling (GR/SR corrections) incorporated in International GNSS Service (IGS) clock products, a residual common-mode fractional frequency signal remains that is proportional to the inverse-square Sun–Earth distance and exhibits a fixed sign: more negative near perihelion and more positive near aphelion. We specify (i) the observable, (ii) the TSFT driver, (iii) the functional form, (iv) success and falsification criteria, (v) controls, and (vi) locked preprocessing rules. No results are reported here. All statistical evaluation will be performed only after the preregistered test dataset becomes publicly available.
