227eP Delayed immune-related adverse events in renal cell carcinoma long-term responders to immune checkpoint inhibitors: Incidence, characteristics, and management
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is distinct in immuno-oncology due to frequent immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) plus tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) combinations, the potential for overlapping toxicities, and prolonged exposure from improved overall survival. We aimed to characterise the toxicity profile in this population, with a particular focus on delayed-onset irAEs.
