430eP WITHDRAWN: Circulating immune profile in breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL): Possible implications for clinical translation
Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) is an uncommon T-cell malignancy (CD30+, ALK-) arising from breast implant (BI) capsules thought to be driven by chronic immune stimulation to textured silicone. We aimed to characterise the circulating immune phenotype in BIA-ALCL to better understand possible mechanisms behind lymphomagenesis and reveal any potential avenues for immunomodulation.
