Dark Matter as Phi Field Dynamics in LUFT, Gravitational Effects Without Electromagnetic Coupling

We present the Lambda Convergence Universal Field Theory (LUFT) approach to the dark matter problem. In LUFT, the phenomena attributed to dark matter arise from the dynamics of the informational density field $\Phi$ and its nonlocal coherence functional $\Xi[\Phi]$, rather than from undiscovered particles. Two distinct mechanisms operate at different scales. At cosmological scales ($k \lesssim 10^{-3} h \mathrm{Mpc}^{-1}$), the coherence-induced effective mass $\meff$ generates a scale-dependent gravitational coupling \[ \Geff(k) = G \frac{k^2}{k^2 + \meff^2}, \] suppressing large-scale structure growth by $2$--$3\ We perform quantitative comparisons with SPARC rotation curve data, analyze the Bullet Cluster constraint, and derive CMB bounds on the LUFT parameters. The theory produces five falsifiable predictions that distinguish it from both $\Lambda$CDM with particle dark matter and from Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND). \vspace{0.5em} Status: Cosmological sector: derived from LUFT foundations, conditional on the $C \to \Meff$ coarse-graining (spine Open Problem \#1). Abstract
