133P Tislelizumab combined with fruquintinib and chidamide in later-line treatment of unresectable or advanced colorectal cancer with liver metastases (CRLM): Preliminary results of a single-arm, phase II trial

The combination of a PD-1 inhibitor, chidamide, and bevacizumab significantly improves efficacy in patients with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR)/microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer in later-line treatment (Xu R, et al. ESMO 2023). This phase II study evaluated the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab combined with fruquintinib and chidamide in pMMR/MSS colorectal cancer with liver metastases patients (CRLM).
