304eP Integrative transcriptomic profiling of tumor antigens and immune genes in pancreatic cancer for rational ADCDesign
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) is an aggressive malignancy with poor overall survival. Identifying tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) is essential for developing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and bispecific therapies. Their combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) may improve clinical outcomes. We conducted transcriptomic co-expression analysis of TAAs and immune-related genes (IEGs) in PAAD, including both suppressive and activating markers.
