137P Intra-tumoral recombinant human adenovirus type 5 (H101) in persistent/recurrent/metastatic cervical cancer: Efficacy, safety, and mechanisms via spatial transcriptomics
Prospective, large-scale validation in cervical cancer and its mechanism on the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) are yet to be achieved. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of H101 in cervical cancer and to explore its effects on the TIME via Xenium in situ spatial transcriptomics.
