184P Sugemalimab-based combination therapy in treatment-naïve advanced and locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC): Outcomes from a real-world dual-cohort study
15.6%.Prophylactic cranial irradiation was administered to 69% of the patients. At the data cut-off date (27 June 2025), the median follow-up for rwPFS was 46.6 months. The median DoT was 13.0 months.Median rwPFS was 18.6 months (95% CI, 17.6-39.9),with a 2-year PFS rate of 46.7%.The median overall survival (OS) was not reached and a 2-year OS rate of 80.3%.17.8% of patients permanently discontinued durvalumab because of adverse events (AEs).Immune-related AEs were documented in 26.7% of patients with hypothyroidism (13.3%) and pneumonitis (13.3%) being the most common. Two patients experienced grade 3 pneumonitis. The overall incidence of radiation pneumonitis is 20%, with no grade 3-4 events reported. Conclusions: This first real-world cohort study of Chinese patients with LS-SCLC showed that durvalumab consolidation after cCRT demonstrated effectiveness and a manageable safety profile. The research is supported by AstraZeneca.
