182P Dual versus single-agent immune checkpoint inhibition in mismatch repair–deficient metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer: A propensity score–weighted analysis
Mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) occurs in up to 5% of patients with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and is associated with exceptional sensitivity to immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI). However, the optimal treatment strategy - dual versus single-agent ICI - remains unclear due to a lack of comparative evidence.
