Double trouble – A twin rarity in the same patient

Detecting a rare finding is always a source of excitement in a clinician’s practice. This in turn leads to unearthing and learning more about the disease detected. The following case report is a manifestation of the very same excitement felt on not detecting one, but rather two rarities in the same patient. On extensively searching published literature, no such combination of the twin rarities mentioned in this case report has been detected before and this is the first case report to do so.
