Late-Time Retentive Stabilization as a Unified Interpretation of Current ΛCDM Tensions
This work investigates a set of persistent late-time tensions in contemporary cosmology, including the Hubble tension, apparent dark energy evolution, and suppressed growth of large-scale structures, within a unified interpretative framework. The study introduces retentive difference cosmology, in which late-time stability is treated as a structural property of correlations rather than as a purely dynamical effect. A retentive stabilization mechanism is proposed, characterized by a post-dynamical regime in which large-scale correlations persist and saturate without invoking negative pressure, evolving equations of state, or modifications of early-universe physics. The framework offers a qualitative reinterpretation of multiple ΛCDM tensions through a single late-time mechanism, while remaining consistent with established early-universe constraints. Clear observational proxies and falsifiability criteria are identified, positioning the work as a testable late-time stabilization hypothesis rather than a replacement for the standard cosmological model.
