118eP Identification of common cancer antigens useful for cancer specific immunotherapy “cancer vaccine and CAR/TCR-T cell therapy” for primary colorectal cancer and liver metastases
Primary treatment against colorectal cancer is complete surgical resection. However, stage IV colorectal cancer has a poor prognosis, and liver metastases are prone to recurrence, even after curative resection. To develop novel cancer immunotherapy, we assessed the expression pattern of common cancer antigens in primary colorectal cancer and liver metastasis as promising targets for antigen-specific immunotherapy by immunohistochemical staining analysis.
