From Theory to Operational Ecosystem: The "Intelligent Secure Crossing of the Fire Line" Framework and Its Application in Organizational Intelligent Transformation

Qualitative Abstract: A Call for Collective Crossing of the Fire Line Contemporary organizations stand on a burning threshold, known as the "Fire Line": On one side, the digital storm promises limitless efficiency and collective intelligence; on the other, obsolete structures and the fear of machine domination have built a fiery wall. This article advocates neither blind leaps nor fear-induced paralysis, but rather "Intelligent Secure Crossing." We believe that within every organization lie "Luminous Companions"—human beings not as resources, but as sources of light for ideas, empathy, and problem-solving. The mission is to amplify and connect these lights. Our proposed paradigm is "Controlled Entanglement": humans as the compass of value and creators of meaning, and AI as a transparent assistant and tireless analyst. The grand objective is to build the "Wisdom Galaxy", a global network where each organization is a unique star shining its knowledge light and receiving illumination from others. We do not drive cultural change by decree, but through "Invisible Cultural Engineering", we breathe it into daily experience with designed systems. To prevent algorithmic tyranny, the principle of "Right to Fork" (Forking Right) is institutionalized in the governance architecture. This writing is a call to participate in a collective radiance, to build a secure passageway through the Fire Line. Scientific Abstract The crisis of organizational inefficiency in the age of AI, with a near 70% failure rate for digital transformation projects, necessitates a paradigmatic and integrated response [1]. Utilizing a hybrid research method (qualitative-design), this article introduces and analyzes the "Intelligent Secure Crossing of the Fire Line" framework as a novel operational theory. This framework is designed for the gradual and networked transition of organizations towards the "Intelligent Mobile Quality Organization" within the "Wisdom Galaxy" ecosystem. The article extracts the theoretical foundations of the framework (including "Luminous Companions," "Controlled Entanglement") through a systematic literature review in four domains: digital transformation, AI governance, organizational networks, and cultural engineering [2-6]. Then, employing theory-based design and qualitative conformity analysis of the needs of a large service institution, it presents the five pillars, three-level architecture, and innovative mechanisms such as "Invisible Cultural Engineering," "Right to Fork," and "Ecosystemic Reverse Engineering" [7]. An applied case study demonstrates the framework's ability to be transformed into a comprehensive human resources smartization plan. Qualitative conformity analysis results (n=15) confirm the framework's strong alignment with at least 80% of critical needs. Finally, key innovations, a comparative analysis with common paradigms, limitations, and four categories of suggestions for future research are presented.
