310eP Structure-guided mRNA vaccine design enhances antigen presentation and CD8+ T cell immunity
Neoantigen-based cancer vaccines represent a promising strategy for personalized immunotherapy, as tumor-specific mutations can elicit highly specific T-cell responses. However, their efficacy is often limited by suboptimal antigen processing and presentation through the MHC-I pathway required for robust CD8+ T-cell activation. To address this limitation, we developed a mRNA vaccine design that enhances epitope processing and presentation, thereby overcoming immune ignorance and promoting effective antitumor immunity.
