83P Immunomonitoring of dendritic cell-based vaccination post-metastasectomy in colorectal cancer: Preliminary findings from the phase II COREVAX-1 trial

by TIL infusion and two doses of ANV419 (243 mcg/kg) administered on the day of TIL transfer and again on day 14.The primary endpoint was to evaluate safety within 30 days post-infusion.Secondary endpoints included overall response rate (ORR), progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).Results: Between June 2023 and May 2025, 11 patients were enrolled; one was excluded due to insufficient TIL outgrowth.Ten patients received a TIL-ACT (median infused TILs: 52 x 10 9 ) and at least one dose of ANV419.Nine patients received both scheduled doses of ANV419; one patient omitted the second dose due to acute respiratory distress syndrome. No dose-limiting toxicities were observed, and 30-day mortality rate was 0%.Comprehensive safety data, ORR, interim analyses of PFS and OS will be presented at the meeting. Conclusions: TIL-ACT with ANV419 is feasible and well tolerated in patients with metastatic melanoma, with no dose-limiting toxicities observed.Early efficacy signals support further clinical evaluation of this combination.Clinical trial identification: NCT05869539.
