54P NLR/PLR + TILs as potential biomarkers in early TNBC patients receiving neo-adjuvant chemo-immunotherapy
Prognostic and predictive biomarkers in early triple-negative breast cancer (eTNBC) patients (pts) is challenging. As the role of TILs has been widely investigated (1), few data are available about the role of Neutrophil-to-Lymphocite Ratio (NLR) and Platelet-to-Lymphocytes Ratio (PLR). We investigated the predictive role of NLR and PLR in terms of pCR in 29 eTNBC pts treated with neoadjuvant Pembrolizumab-Carboplatin/Paclitaxel → Pembrolizumab-EC.
